The Capresso 560 Infinity Burr Grinder is one of the best burr grinder's available for the money. This Conical Burr Grinder has many features that make it superior to other grinders in its class.

One of the most important features this grinder provides is a thing called reduction gearing. Reduction gearing works by using gears to reduce the speed of the grinder, while still maintaining the same level of torque from the motor. The benefit of this is that it creates less dust, and it heats up the coffee beans less than it would if The Capresso 560 did not have Reduction Gearing.

Like most non-commercial coffee grinders, the Capresso 560 should be cleaned after each use. If you do not clean the burr grinder out after each use, it will probably get clogged.

The consistency of the grind is a very important part of any coffee grinder purchase. This grinder has 16 grain settings. With 1 being super fine and 16 being coarse. #5 is probably ideal for a dark roast.
